each fault attempt. It is suitable for situations where
developing troubleshooting skills and providing practice is more
important than the documentation of results. Users have access
to the complete fault set, and can print out a progress report
as well as a certificate of completion.
* The Enterprise
Edition includes all the features of the
Business edition plus instructor resources and a more detailed
evaluation system. Documentation of results, individual and
group reporting, and certificates for successful completion make
this edition suitable for use in formal training programs.
* Only the
Enterprise Edition is available as Concurrent
Workstations on Network which allows the program to be installed
on a server and allows the program to be accessed by any
computer on the network. It is however limited by the number of
computers that can access it at any one time, based on the
number of Concurrent Workstation licenses purchased above.

Basic Electrical Troubleshooting CBT Course
This award winning basic electrical training program teaches a
proven systematic troubleshooting approach called the "Five
Step Troubleshooting Approach." The process is explained using
electrical lighting circuit simulation, animated graphics and
text.
Troubleshoot 16 faults on the lighting circuit. Once the user has
successfully completed all the faults they can print out their certificate.
Troubleshooting - Basic Electrical Control Circuits CBT Course
This award-winning, electrical training program builds on the Basic
Electrical Training program above. Here, you will troubleshoot a more
complex control circuit consisting of numerous relays, switches, lights,
and solenoids.
Practical Hands-On Approach with 28 Fault to solve. A fully simulated
door lock circuit is available to practice your troubleshooting skills.
Schematics and wiring diagrams can be viewed on screen or printed out to
help you. Once the user has successfully completed all the faults they can
print out their certificate.
Troubleshooting - Electrical Motor Control Circuits CBT Course
This award-winning electrical training program builds on the Basic
Electrical Training program above. Here, you will troubleshoot a motor
control circuit consisting of a reversing motor controlled garage door.
This circuit contains such components as limit switches, three phase
reversing motor starter, push buttons, step down transformer, and safety
switch.
Troubleshoot 24 faults of varying difficulty. As with all the training
programs above, this uses realistic tools. While troubleshooting, motor
control circuits you are able to perform virtually every operation used on
real equipment including: operating the circuit locking out the circuit
taking voltage and resistance readings opening connections replacing
components and wiring using the observe feature you can even check for
visual or other clues to the cause of the fault.
Once the user has successfully completed all the faults they can print out
their certificate.
