The worldwide market for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) including IT
assets is currently at US$1.6 billion. The market is forecasted to grow at
the Cumulative Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 3.1 percent reaching US$1.9
billion in 2007. Most of the growth in the EAM market will come from
Application Service Provider (ASP) Web-hosted solutions.

Divisions to Provide Integration Services
The Process, Power & Offshore division of Intergraph Corporation
has partnered with the Intergraph Solutions Group to deliver enterprise
business systems integration services.
The services will be provided through the Intergraph Solutions Group
center on enterprise application integration with SmartPlant Foundation,
the lifecycle information, workflow, and change management software.
For solving specific business problems, Intergraph Solutions Group
provides highly-targeted integration with systems including those from J.
D. Edwards, Maximo, Oracle, Primavera, and SAP. Services also include
technical support and training.
Intergraph Solutions Group is also working with Process, Power &
Offshore to help shape the Intergraph TEF Adapter Program, which provides
licensing and development resources for third parties to independently
build adapters for non-Intergraph software to communicate with The
Engineering Framework (TEF), the engineering enterprise integration
architecture.

to Sell Its Process Solutions Biz to Nova Tech
GSE Systems has reached an agreement to sell its Process Solutions
business to NovaTech, a leading vendor-independent supplier of SCADA
systems, remote monitoring, and automation systems for the electric
utility and oil and gas industries.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. GSE Systems said
the divestiture will help to cut debts and improve profitability.
With the exit of process control business, GSE Systems will focus on
expanding simulation technologies in the energy, military, and homeland
defense markets, as well as continuing with its nuclear and chemical plant
security and process simulation business.
